Exercising Mind

It is not only important to excercise our body but also to exercise our mind. To be honest, I am not reading a lot but I am trying to start reading more. Last night I only read about three pages in an amazing booked which also inspired me to start this blog: “Der unbesiegbare Sommer in uns”, Author: Nina Ruge.

What happenend after only reading several pages before I went to sleep? I was blessed with beautiful dreams.

My wonderful mother has given this book to my sister and me. I can only speak for myself but on me it has so many wide-ranging positive effects. Let me share some of them with you as follows:
