Wake your tired body up while travelling. Simple and effective. As it is not really heavy it is not too cumbersome. I was also allowed to take it on the plane so I could put my feet up. 🙂

I have to continously remind myself that there is no reason to justify. What for? Make decisions and live them. No need to jusitfy your actions – especially not in front of people you hardly know. It’s not their business. Don’t feed their nosiness…

Exercising Mind

It is not only important to excercise our body but also to exercise our mind. To be honest, I am not reading a lot but I am trying to start reading more. Last night I only read about three pages in an amazing booked which also inspired me to start this blog: “Der unbesiegbare Sommer in uns”, Author: Nina Ruge.

What happenend after only reading several pages before I went to sleep? I was blessed with beautiful dreams.

My wonderful mother has given this book to my sister and me. I can only speak for myself but on me it has so many wide-ranging positive effects. Let me share some of them with you as follows:
