Wake your tired body up while travelling. Simple and effective. As it is not really heavy it is not too cumbersome. I was also allowed to take it on the plane so I could put my feet up. 🙂

It is not only important to excercise our body but also to exercise our mind. To be honest, I am not reading a lot but I am trying to start reading more.
